Are you looking for a fun and educational outdoor experience? Join Stark Parks for an exciting Glow Discovery evening at Fry Family Park. This drop-in event is perfect for everyone looking for a unique blend of education and adventure. The activities will begin at 7 pm and end at 9 pm, followed by the return of the glow trail challenge from 9 pm to 10 pm. Activities will include hoverball archery, fly your own kites, and nocturnal animal activity stations. Relax and enjoy the fire with s'more kits available for $1 (cash). The trail challenge involves walking or running three miles in the dark while navigating the unique topography of the park. The race check-in will start at 8:45 pm at the visitor's center, and you can begin the challenge any time before 9 p.m.. This family-friendly event is open to all ages, but the trails are not conducive for strollers. The event is free, but registration for the trail challenge is $5 (cash only at the door). No pre-registration through the Stark Parks website. This event will be canceled in event of inclement weather.
